University Marks

I can’t believe I am writing this blog post, after four extremely hard years I can officially say I am graduating with a 2:1 Honours degree in Leisure and Events Management. I could not be happier or more thankful to those who helped me through the past four years!! My friends and family have been my absolute rock and I can’t wait to go visit daddy and tell him the good news!! He always wanted the best for me and pushed me to be my best. After the tough time my brother and I went through the past two years, I didn’t know if I was going to make it through my placement year, but thanks to the support of my family and friends I did!! This is exactly why I wanted to start #imnotdrunk, to prove to those out there going through similar situations that you can do whatever you want, don’t let Huntington’s disease hold you back. Yes, it is a struggle and yes it is difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But I can promise you it is there. I have never felt as happy as I do this evening. Believe in yourself and try your best! You will be able to accomplish anything you set your mind to. It just takes some extra hard work, time management and some extremely busy days!

I would like to thank all my readers or their kind comments and support over the past (almost) 2 years of #Imnotdrunk !!
